Summer Meditation Series
This is an opportunity to learn the wonderful skills of meditation or expand on your already existing practice with instructor Linda Preston. A simple shift of perspective can create helpful changes for your life. There are benefits for all, whether one’s anxiety and stress are the issue, or spiritual nourishment is the need. There is no conflict with any religious belief or practice you may have, as a deepening that comes from meditation can be an enhancement to that or any other part of your life. At any rate, it is a wonderful thing to connect with others in a group and share meditation together.
We will meet outside at the southern end of the deck under the shelter at 8 am til 9 am. The entire eight-week series class donation fee is suggested at $105, drop-ins are $15 per class. If you sign up for the series, payable at the first class, cost includes one free one. Please contact Linda to register 508-364-2695.

Please bring a pillow, a blanket, water. You may also want to bring a journal.
