The West Dennis Yacht Club keeps a very active social calendar throughout the year. The club has many parties planned for this summer, as well as daily lounge hours and Junior Yacht Club activities for children of members.
Functions
A full slate of Saturday night functions has been scheduled, from the Commissioning to the Decommissioning, and off-season as well. WDYC functions are varied in their themes, audience, menu, and price, but all provide a great evening of fun.
The Lounge
The club operates a full service lounge throughout the summer season and on Friday nights during the off season for members and their guests. In season, special entertainment is planned on selected Thursdays and Friday nights. A light dinner is available on Friday nights. A limited lunch menu of hot dogs, pizza, chicken nuggets and assorted sandwiches are served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. during the summer season.
Junior Dances
Dances are held every Monday night from June 26 to August 28 for children age 12 to 17 from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission is $10.00. Open to the public.
